GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
General terms and conditions of contract (GOLF IBIZA):
Changes and cancellations are allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. After this period, no refunds will be made. Occasionally, weather conditions may make it impossible to access the course. In such cases, the customer may request a change of date, subject to availability, or request a full refund of the amount paid.
These General Booking Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “General Conditions”, shall govern the commercial relationship arising between TOJUACA IBIZA SA and the user or customer as a result of bookings made through the forms that TOJUACA IBIZA SA makes available on its website, www.golfibiza.com.
Booking through the websites of TOJUACA IBIZA SA implies the express acceptance by the customer or user of these conditions, as well as the terms of use established for browsing the websites owned by TOJUACA IBIZA SA.
These conditions shall apply without prejudice to any applicable legal regulations in each case.
The General Terms and Conditions of Contract regulate the distance sales relationship between TOJUACA IBIZA SA and the user or customer, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the current and applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
TOJUACA IBIZA SA reserves the right to make any changes it considers appropriate to the General Conditions without prior notice. Such changes may be made through its websites by any legally admissible means and shall be binding for as long as they remain published on the website and until they are validly replaced by subsequent versions. However, TOJUACA IBIZA SA reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Terms and Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Conditions when it considers this appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.

Information prior to booking:
TOJUACA IBIZA SA informs users that the booking procedure through its websites is detailed in the corresponding section for completing the booking.
Likewise, TOJUACA IBIZA SA informs users that they may access the terms of use available on the same website.
By booking with TOJUACA IBIZA SA through its website, the user or customer expressly declares that they know, understand and accept these terms of use and the General Conditions. Likewise, the user declares that they are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to access the websites of TOJUACA IBIZA SA and to enter into contracts through them.
The user is responsible for treating the username and password obtained upon registration as a customer confidentially and responsibly, and may not transfer them to any other person.
It is an essential requirement to provide personal data in order to make an online purchase. In accordance with the provisions of current and applicable legislation on Personal Data Protection, TOJUACA IBIZA SA informs users that the personal data collected during the registration and subsequent purchase process will be entered into the processing system under its responsibility, for the purpose of processing these actions by the user and managing any subsequent actions arising from them.
These data will not be public. You are responsible for treating the identity obtained upon registration as a customer confidentially and responsibly, and may not transfer it to others. In this same section, you will have access to a history of your contracted services.
Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive confirmation by email. It is essential that the user provides a valid email address during the purchase process. If, within 24 hours of completion of the service, you have not received confirmation, please contact TOJUACA IBIZA SA by calling customer service on 971 196 052 or by email at info@golfibiza.com.
General booking conditions:
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of play. If the booking has not been cancelled before this deadline, if it is modified after the deadline, or if the player does not show up, the course will charge 100% of the booking. To cancel your booking, please contact info@golfibiza.com.
If the player does not appear at the course on the agreed date and time, they shall not be entitled to any refund. If the agreed services cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, course closure, repairs, or similar circumstances, the full amount of the service will be refunded, provided that such circumstances are duly proven.
If any of the pre-confirmed services, the number of people in your group, or the transfer of your booking to another person must be changed, the person who originally made the booking must send written notice by email. Services will be provided subject to course availability.
The user/customer must comply with the operating and organisational rules established by the golf course. Acceptance of the offer by the user implies their express acceptance of these rules.
When contracting golf services, special consideration must be given to the federation regulations governing this sport. In order to play golf on the course, it is necessary to obtain the mandatory federation licence issued by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation, which includes civil liability insurance in the event of accidents during the practice of this sport. The booking of green fees to play on the course implies the user’s express declaration that they are aware of the federation regulations and that they hold the required licence.
