These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) govern the commercial relationship arising between GALFIZUL SL and the user or client as a result of bookings made through the forms provided on the website www.golfibiza.com

Booking through the GALFIZUL SL website implies the express acceptance by the client or user of these General Conditions, as well as the Terms of Use governing navigation on websites owned by GALFIZUL SL.

These Conditions shall apply without prejudice to any applicable legal regulations relevant to each case.

The General Conditions of Contract govern the distance selling relationship between GALFIZUL SL and the user or client in accordance with applicable legislation, including Law 7/1998 of April 13 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014 of March 27 amending the revised General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, current data protection regulations, Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
