Golf Ibiza organizes next Saturday, December 15 th, the Christmas Tournament, a charity tournament whose fundraising will go to the Fundación Conciencia.
Fundación Conciencia
The “Fundación Conciencia” works mainly on the issues of abuse, exploitation and sexual assault of minors, but also deals with unjust guardianships. The organization collaborates with social services and with entities such as Cáritas, on the one hand collaborating in specific cases with support in social assistance and, on the other, with food collection campaigns that Caritas distributes to families. Its premises are to make citizens aware that the problem of violence against children exists and thus be able to act in conscience and try to find solutions.
Tournament bases
Shotgun departure at 9:30 am.
The tournament will be played under the individual Stableford modality, a game modality in which each hole scores in relation to the par: 1 point for the bogey, two for the par, three for the birdie, four for the eagle. When you can not finish the hole without scoring, the ball is collected. The winner is the person with the most points. All players with a valid license and handicap may participate.
The prizes will be for the first and second classifications in each category, men and women. There will also be a prize for the nearest ball on the 6-Hole.
This charity day also includes lunch and a solidarity raffle with prizes, which will be handed out by one of the foundation’s collaborators.
The lunch, raffle and awards ceremony will be held at the Hoyo19 restaurant from 2.30 p.m.
