WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

This channel is intended to serve as a communication tool to report and detect irregular or unlawful conduct within the companies operating under the Azulinehotels brand, in relation to the Azulinehotels Code of Ethics, applicable laws, and/or any other breaches of current regulations.

Through this channel, all members of the Azulinehotels companies, as well as external parties with a professional relationship to them (suppliers, external advisors, clients, etc.), may report such conduct so that the appropriate internal body can process and investigate the facts to determine whether any regulations have been breached.

Reports cannot be submitted anonymously; however, the confidentiality of the whistleblower will always be guaranteed.

To submit a report, please send an email to canaldenuncias@azulinehotels.com including the following information:
– Full name.
– Telephone number
– Postal address
– Email address
– Type of report (regulatory breaches, unethical conduct, misuse of information, etc.)
– Description of the facts
– Possible witnesses

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, your data will be incorporated into a processing system owned by TOJUACA IBIZA SA, CIF A07711948, with registered office at Avenida Ignacio Wallis 21, 4th Floor, 07800 Ibiza, Balearic Islands, for the purpose of processing your report.
Data will be retained for the legally established period in compliance with applicable regulations. The processing of your data requires your consent. By providing your data, you expressly authorize the processing described herein.
Your data may be communicated to public administrations and competent authorities when necessary for the proper handling of your report. Data may also be shared with companies forming part of Azulinehotels for the purpose of processing your report. Failure to provide the required data may prevent the fulfillment of this purpose.

TOJUACA IBIZA SA undertakes to process data lawfully, fairly, transparently, accurately, and up to date, adopting all reasonable measures to ensure inaccurate data is rectified or deleted without delay.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent by contacting the above postal address or via email at juridico@azulinehotels.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
